How to Use the Calendar Builder

Select Your Year and Month
Choose the year and month you want to view or download from the dropdown menus. The calendar supports years from 2025 to 2030.

Choose Your Week Start Day
Select whether you want your calendar week to start on Sunday (US standard) or Monday (European standard).

Select Holiday Set
Choose which country's holidays you want to display on your calendar: USA, UK, or Canada. Select "None" for a blank calendar without holidays.

Set PDF Export Options
Choose your preferred orientation (portrait or landscape), paper size (A4, Letter, or Legal), and add an optional custom title for your PDF.

Navigate Between Months
Use the previous and next month buttons to navigate through different months without changing your other settings.

Print or Download
Click the "Print" button to print your calendar directly from your browser, or use the "Download PDF" button to save it as a PDF with your selected options.
Pro Tips
- For a yearly calendar, create and print each month individually and combine them.
- The calendar is optimized for all standard paper sizes in both portrait and landscape orientations.
- For best results, select "Fit to page" in your printer settings.
- Landscape orientation works best for months with many holidays or events.
- Holidays are highlighted with a light red background and listed below the date.
- Days from previous or next months are shown in gray to help with planning across month boundaries.
- Add a custom title to personalize your calendar PDF for different purposes.
